1. ROWHY 148” Modular Sectional Cloud Couch with 2 Movable Ottomans, Oversized 6 Seat Modern Corduroy Sofas, Deep Seat U Shaped Couch for Living Room Bedroom Apartment, Beige — Middle listed footprint

Listed details: dimensions 34.2″ D × 35″ W × 33.5″ H; item weight 50 pounds; material Polyester; color Beige.

The ROWHY is a modular sectional cloud couch whose title says 148 inches wide, 6 seats and 2 movable ottomans, in beige corduroy polyester. The listed dimensions are 34.2 inches deep, 35 inches wide and 33.5 inches high, which cannot describe a 148 inch sofa, so the 8.31 sq ft footprint should not be taken as the assembled size. Verify the real size on the listing. Item weight is 50 pounds, seat height is 18.9 inches, seat depth is 34.25 inches and the spec lists a 250 pound weight limit. A bullet says assembly takes two to three people about an hour.

Pros

• Title lists 6 seats and 2 movable ottomans in a 148 inch modular layout
• Seat height of 18.9 inches and seat depth of 34.25 inches are both listed
• Assembly is described as two to three people about an hour, with instructions included

Cons

• The listed 34.2 by 35 by 33.5 inches does not match the 148 inch title, so the real footprint is unknown; we do not rank it by footprint
• The 250 pound weight limit is low for a 6-seat sofa, and the listing does not say if it is per seat or total
• Item weight is 50 pounds, and the listing does not say whether that covers the whole set

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you want a beige corduroy modular sectional and will confirm the assembled size and limit. Skip it if you need verified measurements for a tight room.

2. OUYESSIR 145″ U-Shaped Sectional Sofa, 6-Seat Cloud Couch, Black — Largest listed footprint

Listed details: dimensions 63.5″ D × 145″ W × 32″ H; material Chenille; color Black. The listing is inconsistent on capacity: the specification field says 1980 lb, the bullets say 330 lb.

The OUYESSIR is a 145 inch U-shaped sectional cloud couch in black chenille, listed at 63.5 inches deep, 145 inches wide and 32 inches high, the largest footprint at 63.94 sq ft. The bullets describe a hidden storage console, two movable ottomans, and all tools and instructions included. The seat depth is listed at 63.5 inches. The spec lists a 1980 pound weight limit, but the listing text gives a different capacity figure, so check which applies. The listing does not state an item weight or an assembly time.

Pros

• Only listing whose dimensions match its title, at 145 by 63.5 by 32 inches
• Hidden storage console and two movable ottomans for a double-chaise layout
• All tools and step-by-step instructions are included

Cons

• Capacity conflict: the spec says 1980 pounds, while the listing text gives another figure; verify before relying on it
• At 63.94 sq ft it takes by far the most floor space and is not a small-room choice
• No item weight or assembly time is listed

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you have a large room and want a U-shaped 6-seater with storage. Skip it if floor space is limited or you need a clear weight rating.

3. 145″ U Shaped Chenille Sectional, 6 Seat Cloud Couch, Black — Smallest listed footprint

Listed details: dimensions 32.3″ D × 32.3″ W × 32.3″ H; material Chenille Fabric, Memory Foam, Wood/Metal Frame; color Black.

The 145″ U Shaped Chenille Sectional is a 6 seat cloud couch in black, with chenille fabric, memory foam and a wood and metal frame. The listed dimensions are 32.3 inches in each direction, which cannot describe a 145 inch sofa, so the 7.25 sq ft footprint should not be taken as the assembled size. Verify the real size on the listing. The bullets describe 2 removable ottomans, throw pillows, thickened cushions and an ergonomic deep seat. The spec lists a 330 pound weight limit. The listing does not state an item weight or an assembly time.

Pros

• Memory foam filling with a wood and metal frame is listed
• 2 removable ottomans and throw pillows are included
• A weight limit of 330 pounds is stated, higher than the 250 pounds on the ROWHY

Cons

• The listed 32.3 inch cube does not match the 145 inch title, so the real footprint is unknown; we do not rank it by footprint
• No item weight, seat height or assembly time is listed
• The 330 pound limit is low for six seats if it is a total, and the listing does not say

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you want a black chenille U-shape with memory foam and will confirm the size. Skip it if you need seat measurements or a firm total capacity.

What to check before buying six seater sofa

A six seater sofa is a large piece, so check the size data before anything else.

1. Size data. Only the OUYESSIR lists dimensions that match its title: 145 by 63.5 by 32 inches, or 63.94 sq ft. The ROWHY lists 34.2 by 35 by 33.5 inches under a 148 inch title, and the other 145 inch sectional lists 32.3 inches in each direction. Those two footprints, 8.31 and 7.25 sq ft, are not usable, so they are not ranked.

1. Room fit. A 63.94 sq ft sofa needs a large room. For anything smaller, confirm the assembled size and the ottoman layout on the listing.

1. Layout. The ROWHY and the 145 inch chenille sectional list 2 ottomans. The OUYESSIR lists two movable ottomans and a hidden storage console.

1. Capacity. The ROWHY lists 250 pounds, the chenille sectional lists 330 pounds, and the OUYESSIR spec lists 1980 pounds while its listing text gives another figure. None says if limits are per seat or total, apart from what you verify on the listing.

1. Seat data. The ROWHY lists an 18.9 inch seat height and a 34.25 inch seat depth. The OUYESSIR lists a 63.5 inch seat depth. The chenille sectional lists none.

1. Assembly. The ROWHY lists two to three people about an hour. The OUYESSIR lists tools included. The chenille sectional lists none.

Decision rules: choose the OUYESSIR only for a large room and confirm its capacity. Choose the ROWHY if you want listed seat data and an assembly estimate, after verifying size. Choose the chenille sectional for memory foam and the 330 pound limit, after verifying size.

Worked example: fit math for these three options

This worked example is our own planning arithmetic from the listed dimensions, not test results. The wall length and walkway width are assumed example values; replace them with your measurements.

Wall example. Assume 168 inches of clear wall.

• ROWHY 148” Modular Sectional Cloud Couch: 168 − 35 = 133 inches spare; centred, 66.5 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.
• OUYESSIR 145″ U-Shaped Sectional Sofa: 168 − 145 = 23 inches spare; centred, 11.5 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.
• 145″ U Shaped Chenille Sectional: 168 − 32.3 = 135.7 inches spare; centred, 67.85 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.

Walkway example. The US Access Board gives 36 inches as the minimum clear width for an accessible route. That figure is a yardstick, not a rule for private homes. To keep 36 inches clear beside each product, the walkway between it and the opposite obstacle must be at least 36 inches plus its depth:

• ROWHY 148” Modular Sectional Cloud Couch: 36 + 34.2 = 70.2 inches of total path width.
• OUYESSIR 145″ U-Shaped Sectional Sofa: 36 + 63.5 = 99.5 inches of total path width.
• 145″ U Shaped Chenille Sectional: 36 + 32.3 = 68.3 inches of total path width.

Footprint. Depth × width, converted at 144 square inches per square foot:

• ROWHY 148” Modular Sectional Cloud Couch: 34.2 × 35 = 1197 sq in, or 8.31 sq ft.
• OUYESSIR 145″ U-Shaped Sectional Sofa: 63.5 × 145 = 9207.5 sq in, or 63.94 sq ft.
• 145″ U Shaped Chenille Sectional: 32.3 × 32.3 = 1043.29 sq in, or 7.25 sq ft.

Mistakes to avoid

• Trusting a footprint that cannot match the title. The ROWHY and the 145 inch chenille sectional list dimensions of 35 inches or less across, but titles of 148 and 145 inches. Do not plan a room from those numbers.
• Underestimating the U-shape. The OUYESSIR is 145 by 63.5 inches, a 63.94 sq ft footprint. Tape the outline on the floor first.
• Reading one weight number as total capacity. The ROWHY says 250 pounds, and the OUYESSIR spec and text give different figures. Check what each figure covers.
• Forgetting the ottomans. Two listings include 2 ottomans that move, which changes the layout. Plan where they go.

Frequently asked questions

Which six seater sofa takes the most floor space?

The OUYESSIR, at 145 by 63.5 inches, or 63.94 sq ft. It is the only one of the three whose dimensions match its title. The other two list dimensions too small for their 148 and 145 inch titles.

Why are the other two not ranked by footprint?

The ROWHY lists 34.2 by 35 by 33.5 inches under a 148 inch title, and the 145 inch chenille sectional lists 32.3 inches in each direction. Those sizes cannot be the assembled sofa, so verify on the listing.

Which has the highest weight limit?

The OUYESSIR spec lists 1980 pounds, but its listing text gives a different figure, so check it. The chenille sectional lists 330 pounds and the ROWHY lists 250 pounds.

Do any include ottomans or storage?

All three mention 2 ottomans. The OUYESSIR also lists a hidden storage console. The ROWHY and the chenille sectional list removable or movable ottomans without a storage console.
