This page explains how Tiny Space Picks builds its guides, so you can judge how far to trust them.
What we do
We read the product listings on Amazon, compare the sizes and features they state, and check whether the numbers fit the small spaces our readers have. Each guide notes the date we checked the listings, because Amazon listings change.
What we do not do
- We have not tested these products ourselves. Our guides report what the listings say and say so when a listing does not state something.
- We do not show prices, star ratings or review counts, because they change and we cannot keep them current.
- When a listing contradicts itself, for example two different sizes, we point it out instead of choosing one quietly.
How we choose what to include
We look for products whose listings give clear dimensions and weight limits, and we explain who each product suits and who should skip it. Where we give a rule of thumb, we link to the source or label it as our own planning estimate.
How we are paid
Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change which products we include. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Found a mistake?
Listings change and we can get things wrong. Tell us through the contact page and we will check and correct the guide.
