1. ROMOON Laundry Hamper Sorter Cart, 4-Section Organizer with Lockable Wheels — Largest listed footprint

Listed details: dimensions 35.43″ L × 16.93″ W × 31.1″ H; item weight 9.9 pounds; material Alloy Steel, Oxford Fabric; color Multicolored.

ROMOON is a laundry sorter cart, not a shelf: a 4-section frame holding 4 labeled Oxford fabric bags with metal handles. The spec table lists 35.43″L x 16.93″W x 31.1″H, 9.9 pounds and 180 liters. The bullets say the frame is metal with an anti-rust surface and the lining has a waterproof coating. It has 4 casters, and 2 of them lock. The listing says each bag lifts out and goes to the laundry room, and that separate bags avoid dye transfer between loads. No weight capacity is listed. Footprint is 4.17 sq ft (35.43 × 16.93 ÷ 144), the largest of the three.

Pros

• Four labeled bags with metal handles that lift out to carry to the washer
• Largest listed volume, 180 liters, with four sorting sections
• Four casters, two of them lockable

Cons

• No weight capacity is listed for the frame or the bags
• Largest footprint, 4.17 sq ft, so it needs a wide wall or alcove
• Only 2 of the 4 casters lock, and it holds dirty laundry, not detergent and supplies

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you want a rolling hamper that sorts by load and has space for it. Skip it if you want a slim cart for supplies in a tight gap.

2. 7.1″ Wide Slim Storage Cart on Wheels, 4 Tier Metal Narrow Rolling Cart with Handle and Wood Top, Multifunctional Small Mobile Shelf Unit Organizer Trolley for Laundry, Bathroom, Kitchen — Smallest listed footprint

Listed details: dimensions 16.5″ D × 7.1″ W × 33″ H; item weight 3.61 kg; listed maximum weight 170 pounds; material Metal; color White.

Vincona (the 7.1 inch wide cart) is a slim 4-tier metal cart with a wood top and a handle, 16.5 in D × 7.1 in W × 33 in H in the spec table. The title also says 7.1 inch wide. It lists a Maximum Weight Recommendation of 170 pounds and an item weight of 3.61 kg. The bullets describe a powder-coated metal frame meant for humid rooms, open mesh shelves for airflow, and four casters including two locking wheels. It is pitched for the gap beside a washer, a fridge or in a narrow bathroom. The listing gives no shelf height or per-shelf load. Footprint is 0.81 sq ft (16.5 × 7.1 ÷ 144), the smallest of the three.

Pros

• Smallest listed footprint, 0.81 sq ft, at only 7.1 in wide
• Two of the four casters lock, per the bullets
• States a 170 pound Maximum Weight Recommendation

Cons

• The listing does not give shelf heights or a per-shelf load
• Rated 10 pounds below the OKZEST (180 – 170), and its weight is given only in kilograms
• A 7.1 in wide shelf holds only narrow items such as bottles and cans, not a laundry bag

Who it is for / who should skip it: Choose it for the gap between a washer and a wall where detergent and supplies need a home. Skip it if you want to store or sort the laundry itself.

3. OKZEST Slim Laundry Room Organization Cart with Upgraded Metal Hub Casters — Middle listed footprint

Listed details: dimensions 16.9″ D × 7.1″ W × 34.1″ H; item weight 7.6 pounds; listed maximum weight 180 pounds; material Alloy Steel, Wood; frame Alloy Steel; color White.

OKZEST is the same kind of slim 4-tier cart as the Vincona, in white alloy steel with a light wood top, 16.9″D x 7.1″W x 34.1″H and 7.6 pounds. It lists a Maximum Weight Recommendation of 180 pounds, the highest of the group. The bullets mention 4 swivel casters at 360° with an ergonomic handle, powder-coated mesh shelves, and diamond-pattern guardrails that keep items from falling. They do not say whether any caster locks. The title adds upgraded metal hub casters, and the listing names detergent, dryer sheets, pods and spice jars as fits. Footprint is 0.83 sq ft (16.9 × 7.1 ÷ 144).

Pros

• States a 180 pound Maximum Weight Recommendation, the highest of the three
• Guardrails are listed as keeping items from falling off the shelves
• Metal hub casters and a handle are named for gliding in and out of a gap

Cons

• The listing does not say whether any of the casters lock
• Nearly identical to the Vincona in size, so there is little to separate them but the rating
• Like the Vincona, it carries supplies only and has no bag or hamper

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you want the higher stated rating and guardrails in a slim cart. Skip it if you need locking wheels confirmed.

What to check before buying laundry organizer cart

This search covers two very different products, and the first job is to decide which one you mean. ROMOON is a laundry sorter cart with four fabric bags, so it holds the laundry itself. Vincona and OKZEST are slim 4-tier shelf carts that hold supplies such as detergent, dryer sheets and spice jars. If you need to sort loads, the shelf carts do not do that, and if you need a spot for bottles in a narrow gap, the sorter is too wide.

Second, width and footprint. ROMOON is 35.43 in long and 16.93 in deep, a footprint of 4.17 sq ft (35.43 × 16.93 ÷ 144). Vincona is 0.81 sq ft (16.5 × 7.1 ÷ 144) and OKZEST is 0.83 sq ft (16.9 × 7.1 ÷ 144). The slim carts are 7.1 in wide, which suits the gap beside a washer, and the sorter needs a wall around 3 feet long. Measure the gap you have, not the room.

Third, load. Vincona states 170 pounds and OKZEST states 180 pounds, a 10 pound gap. ROMOON states no limit, and a cart full of wet laundry is heavy, so treat its frame cautiously. The shelf carts hold bottles, which are far lighter than laundry.

Fourth, wheels. ROMOON and Vincona say 2 of 4 casters lock. OKZEST’s bullets do not mention locks. A cart on a laundry floor that is slightly wet should stay put when you reach for a bottle.

Fifth, materials in a damp room. ROMOON has a waterproof-coated lining and an anti-rust metal frame, Vincona has a powder coat meant for humid environments, and OKZEST has powder-coated alloy steel. All three make rust-resistance claims without a rating.

In short: ROMOON to sort laundry, OKZEST for the highest stated rating in a slim gap, Vincona for the same job with confirmed locking casters.

Sizing example: fit math for these three options

This sizing example uses arithmetic on the listed dimensions, not test results. The wall length and walkway width are assumed example values; replace them with your measurements.

Wall example. Assume 36 inches of clear wall.

• ROMOON Laundry Hamper Sorter Cart: 36 − 16.93 = 19.07 inches spare; centred, 9.54 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.
• 7.1″ Wide Slim Storage Cart on: 36 − 7.1 = 28.9 inches spare; centred, 14.45 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.
• OKZEST Slim Laundry Room Organization Cart: 36 − 7.1 = 28.9 inches spare; centred, 14.45 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.

Walkway example. The US Access Board gives 36 inches as the minimum clear width for an accessible route. That figure is a yardstick, not a rule for private homes. To keep 36 inches clear beside each product, the walkway between it and the opposite obstacle must be at least 36 inches plus its depth:

• ROMOON Laundry Hamper Sorter Cart: 36 + 35.43 = 71.43 inches of total path width.
• 7.1″ Wide Slim Storage Cart on: 36 + 16.5 = 52.5 inches of total path width.
• OKZEST Slim Laundry Room Organization Cart: 36 + 16.9 = 52.9 inches of total path width.

Footprint. Depth × width, converted at 144 square inches per square foot:

• ROMOON Laundry Hamper Sorter Cart: 35.43 × 16.93 = 599.83 sq in, or 4.17 sq ft.
• 7.1″ Wide Slim Storage Cart on: 16.5 × 7.1 = 117.15 sq in, or 0.81 sq ft.
• OKZEST Slim Laundry Room Organization Cart: 16.9 × 7.1 = 119.99 sq in, or 0.83 sq ft.

Mistakes to avoid

• Mixing up the two product types. ROMOON holds laundry in bags, and Vincona and OKZEST hold supplies on shelves.
• Measuring the room, not the gap. The slim carts are 7.1 in wide, and the gap beside your washer may be narrower than that once the casters are counted.
• Assuming every cart locks. ROMOON and Vincona say two casters lock. OKZEST does not say.
• Loading wet laundry onto a shelf cart. Vincona lists 170 pounds and OKZEST 180 pounds, and no per-shelf load is given.
