Quick answer

Three 3 set couches options are compared here by their listed size, and the sections below use each product’s own listing data. Living Room Sofa Sets 3 Piece lists 28″ D × 76″ W × 35″ H; Lexicon Leather Match Sofa Set lists 84 × 37 × 39 in (axes not labelled in the listing); JAMFLY 3-Piece All-Season Wicker Patio Sectional lists 71 × 46 × 29 in (axes not labelled in the listing). A footprint could not be compared for Lexicon Leather Match Sofa Set, JAMFLY 3-Piece All-Season Wicker Patio Sectional because the listing gives conflicting, missing or unlabelled depth and width. Specifications come from Amazon listing data checked October 5, 2026; we have not tested these products. Recheck the selected variant and the current price on Amazon before ordering, because titles and specification fields can change.

1. Living Room Sofa Sets 3 Piece, Modern 3 Seater Sofa and Loveseat Couch and Armchair Sets, Linen Fabric 3-Seat + 2-Seat Couch+ Single Accent Chair Furniture Sets — Footprint not comparable

Listed details: dimensions 28″ D × 76″ W × 35″ H; color Dark Grey.

The ADOWORE is a modern linen sofa set whose title lists a 3-seat sofa, a 2-seat loveseat and a single accent chair, in Dark Grey. The specs give one set of dimensions, 28 inches deep, 76 wide and 35 high, plus a 16-inch seat height and 29-inch seat depth, and do not say which piece those numbers describe. Bullets cite a solid wood frame with riveted joints, a sponge backrest, and a seat cushion with sponge and an S-spring package. They also mention three set combinations, so the exact pieces may depend on the option chosen. The listing says tools and instructions are included for assembly.

Pros

• Bullets describe a solid wood frame with rivet-reinforced joints and solid wood legs
• Seat cushion is described as sponge plus an S-spring package, a more specific build claim than the other two sets make
• Tools and instructions are stated as included for assembly

Cons

• Only one set of dimensions (28 x 76 x 35 in), so the loveseat and chair sizes are not stated and the total room needed is unknown
• The 29-inch seat depth is larger than the 28-inch overall depth in the same specs, so one of those numbers needs checking on the live listing
• Three set combinations are mentioned, so the piece you receive depends on the option selected

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you want a fabric set with the build described in the most detail and can confirm which pieces ship. Skip it if you need to know each piece’s width before measuring a living room.

2. Lexicon Leather Match Sofa Set, Top Grain Leather Match Living Room Furniture Sets, Include Sofa Couch, Loveseat and Arm Chair, 3-Piece Set, Cream — Footprint not comparable

Listed details: dimensions 84 × 37 × 39 in (axes not labelled in the listing); item weight 312.5 pounds; material Foam, Leather, Pine Wood, Wood; color Cream.

The Lexicon set is the traditional option: a sofa, loveseat and armchair in cream, with rolled arms and nailhead trim. It is the only one of the three that states the size of every piece. The bullets give the sofa as 84 inches wide, the loveseat as 62.5 and the chair as 42.5, all 37 deep and 39 high, with a 23.5-inch seat depth, 21.5-inch seat height and 26-inch arm height. It lists a wood frame, a top grain leather match covering, an item weight of 312.5 pounds and a 22.5-inch doorway width. Material fields list foam, leather, pine wood and wood.

Pros

• Sizes every piece: sofa 84 in, loveseat 62.5 in and chair 42.5 in wide, all 37 in deep and 39 in high
• Lists seat depth (23.5 in), seat height (21.5 in), arm height (26 in) and leg height (2.75 in)
• States a 22.5-inch doorway width, which helps check the delivery path

Cons

• The three pieces side by side need 189 inches of width (84 + 62.5 + 42.5), which is a lot for a small room
• The listing says ‘100% Cow Leather’ but also ‘leather match’, so the covering is described inconsistently; verify before buying
• At 37 inches deep and 312.5 pounds, it is the heaviest and deepest of the three, and the listing does not say how the weight splits across the pieces

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it if you want a traditional set and need every piece’s footprint before you commit. Skip it for a narrow room, since the sofa alone is 84 inches wide.

3. JAMFLY 3-Piece All-Season Wicker Patio Sectional Sofa Set with Coffee Table, Modular Indoor Outdoor Furniture for Poolside, Sunroom, Garden & Backyard, Beige — Footprint not comparable

Listed details: dimensions 71 × 46 × 29 in (axes not labelled in the listing); item weight 74 pounds; material High-Density Foam, PE Rattan, Tempered Glass; color Beige.

The JAMFLY is a beige wicker patio sectional that the listing also calls indoor-outdoor. The title says 3-piece set with a coffee table, so the count includes the table, not three seating pieces. Specs list PE rattan, high-density foam and tempered glass, an L shape, a modern style and an item weight of 74 pounds. The listed size is 71 by 46 by 29 inches, with the axes unlabelled. Bullets describe a reinforced steel frame, weather-resistant wicker, thick cushions and a modular layout that can be rearranged or separated. It is made for patios and poolsides first, with indoor use mentioned as a second use.

Pros

• Lightest of the three at 74 pounds, which is easier to move or rearrange
• Modular pieces that the bullets say can be rearranged or separated
• Includes a tempered glass coffee table per the title and material list

Cons

• Built for outdoor use, with poolside, garden and backyard in the title, so it is off-intent for a living room set; the bullets only say it is comfortable indoors too
• The 3 pieces include a coffee table, so you get less seating than the other two sets
• The size reads 71 x 46 x 29 in with unlabelled axes, so the footprint cannot be confirmed from the data

Who it is for / who should skip it: Pick it only if you want a sunroom or balcony set that can also sit indoors. Skip it if you are shopping for an indoor sofa, loveseat and chair set.

What to check before buying 3 set couches

Begin with the total width of the set, because a 3-piece living room set is only useful if the sofa, loveseat and chair fit together in one room. Only the Lexicon lists all three widths: 84, 62.5 and 42.5 inches, which add to 189 inches, or about 15.75 feet, before any spacing between pieces. The ADOWORE lists a single 76-inch width and does not say which piece it is, so you cannot total its footprint without checking the listing. The JAMFLY lists one 71 by 46 inch size with unlabelled axes.

Second, check what the three pieces actually are. The ADOWORE and Lexicon titles both name a sofa, loveseat and chair. The JAMFLY’s three pieces include a coffee table, and it is a wicker patio sectional, so it does not meet the usual meaning of a couch set. Decision rule: if you need three seats of different sizes, the JAMFLY is out.

Third, look at seat dimensions, not just overall size. The Lexicon lists a 23.5-inch seat depth and 21.5-inch seat height. The ADOWORE lists a 29-inch seat depth and a 16-inch seat height, but its overall depth is 28 inches, so those two numbers conflict. Verify them on the live listing.

Fourth, read the construction claims. The ADOWORE describes a solid wood frame with riveted joints and an S-spring seat. The Lexicon lists a wood frame and a leather match covering with a conflicting 100% cow leather line. Material accuracy matters more for leather than for linen.

Fifth, delivery. The Lexicon lists a 22.5-inch doorway width and 312.5 pounds. The JAMFLY weighs 74 pounds.

Rule of thumb: for a small room, total the widths first, then eliminate any set whose full footprint is unknown.

Worked example: fit math for these three options

This worked example is our own planning arithmetic from the listed dimensions, not test results. The wall length and walkway width are assumed example values; replace them with your measurements.

Wall example. Assume 96 inches of clear wall.

• Living Room Sofa Sets 3 Piece: 96 − 76 = 20 inches spare; centred, 10 inches on each side before trim, plugs or curtains.

Walkway example. The US Access Board gives 36 inches as the minimum clear width for an accessible route. That figure is a yardstick, not a rule for private homes. To keep 36 inches clear beside each product, the walkway between it and the opposite obstacle must be at least 36 inches plus its depth:

• Living Room Sofa Sets 3 Piece: 36 + 28 = 64 inches of total path width.

Footprint. Depth × width, converted at 144 square inches per square foot:

• Living Room Sofa Sets 3 Piece: 28 × 76 = 2128 sq in, or 14.78 sq ft.

Mistakes to avoid

• Treating a 3-piece set as three seating pieces. The JAMFLY’s three pieces include a coffee table, so it offers less seating than a sofa, loveseat and chair set.
• Using one listed width as the whole set. The ADOWORE lists 76 inches wide without naming a piece, and the Lexicon sofa alone is 84 inches. Neither figure is the room needed for all three pieces.
• Buying outdoor furniture for an indoor room. The JAMFLY title names poolside, sunroom, garden and backyard. Indoor use appears in the bullets only as a secondary option.
• Skipping the delivery path. The Lexicon lists a 22.5-inch doorway width and 312.5 pounds. Measure the doors and stairs before ordering a set that size.

Frequently asked questions

How much space does a 3 set couch need?

Add the widths of all three pieces. The Lexicon lists 84, 62.5 and 42.5 inches, a total of 189 inches before gaps. The ADOWORE lists only 76 inches wide without naming the piece, and the JAMFLY lists 71 by 46 inches with unlabelled axes. Check each current listing.

Does a 3-piece sofa set always mean sofa, loveseat and chair?

No. The ADOWORE and Lexicon titles name a sofa, loveseat and armchair. The JAMFLY is a 3-piece wicker sectional set that includes a coffee table, so it is closer to patio seating. Read the title and bullets before assuming the pieces.

Is the Lexicon set real leather?

The listing is not consistent. One bullet says ‘100% Cow Leather’ and the title and another bullet say top grain leather match. The material field lists foam, leather, pine wood and wood. Confirm what covers each surface on the current Amazon listing before buying.

Can I use an outdoor wicker set inside?

The JAMFLY bullets say it is comfortable indoors too and suitable for cozy indoor use. But the title and main bullets focus on poolside, garden and backyard use, so it is built for the outdoors first. It also includes a coffee table in its 3 pieces.
