Built-in drawers or add-on drawers
Built-in drawers are part of the bed. They look finished and the weight of the bed holds them in place, but they make the bed heavy and the drawers’ sizes are a question for the seller.
Add-on drawers slide under an existing frame. The AFI listing says each package contains one set of two drawers that can be placed on either side of the bed frame, with independent non-marking rollers. In a room 9.5 feet wide, which Amerisleep suggests for a full, a bed 57 inches wide centered on a wall leaves (114 minus 57) divided by 2, which is 28.5 inches on each side. A drawer pulled out 20.55 inches leaves 7.95 inches to stand in, so the drawer can be opened but not comfortably used with the bed centered. Push the bed to one side and you gain a walkway on one side and lose a drawer on the other.
Footprint. The Grain & Grove bed at 78.5 by 57 inches is 4,474 square inches, or 31.1 square feet, which is 3 square feet more than the 28.1 square feet of the mattress, and its frame is 3 inches wider and 3.5 inches longer than the mattress.

Decide between built-in and add-on. Built-in is neater; add-on lets you keep your frame and gives you drawer dimensions.
Ask for drawer sizes. Inside width, depth and height, and the pull-out length.
Check the frame clearance for add-ons. The AFI drawers need at least 8.07 inches under the frame, and a path to slide.
Check the room. Use the pull-out example with your own wall.
Check the size. If a listing’s width does not match a full mattress (54 inches), it is a question for the seller, not a bargain.
Assembly, moving and who each one suits
The Grain & Grove bed ships in two separate boxes with all hardware and instructions, which makes it the easiest to carry in; the Kartivo bed is listed at 66.1 pounds with no carton information, and the AFI listing does not mention assembly at all. For a rental where you may move often, add-on drawers go with the frame you already own and can be taken to the next place, while a bed with drawers built in is a heavier piece of furniture to move.
Three simple cases. If you already own a full frame with 8 inches or more of clearance, the AFI drawers are the low-risk way to add storage, because their size is stated. If you want a headboard and drawers in one purchase, the Grain & Grove bed is the one whose listing gives a full-size footprint, though not the drawer sizes. And if the Kartivo bed appeals, get the width confirmed in writing first, because 41.6 inches does not fit a 54 inch mattress. Keep the seller’s reply with your order, since a width that is wrong in the listing is also a reason for a return.

Counting drawers as capacity. “Two drawers” is not a volume.
