The floor space a hall tree takes is its width times its depth. The Amazon Basics unit is 28.35 inches wide and 13.39 inches deep (72 by 34 centimeters in the size field, with a height of 182 centimeters). The VASAGLE unit is 27.6 inches wide and 12.6 inches deep. The HOOBRO unit is 45.3 inches wide and 11.8 inches deep.
The footprints are 28.35 × 13.39 ≈ 380 square inches for the Amazon Basics unit, 27.6 × 12.6 ≈ 348 square inches for the VASAGLE and 45.3 × 11.8 ≈ 535 square inches for the HOOBRO. All three are narrow. The HOOBRO is the widest, and gives you more bench.
As a rule of thumb, leave about 36 inches of clear walkway in front of the unit, so the door can open and people can pass. That is not a published standard; use your entry layout.
Height
The listings give heights of 71.65 inches (Amazon Basics, 182 centimeters), 68.9 inches (VASAGLE) and 69.5 inches (HOOBRO). All are close to 6 feet. A standard ceiling of 8 feet is 96 inches, so they leave plenty of room above.

The bench is also not a long seat. At 27.6 inches, the VASAGLE’s bench seats about one adult by our 24 inches per person estimate, and the 45.3 inch HOOBRO bench seats about 45.3 ÷ 24 ≈ 1.9 adults.
Hook limits
The VASAGLE listing says it has 9 metal hooks in two rows, each holding up to 6.6 pounds. Nine hooks at 6.6 pounds each is 9 × 6.6 = 59.4 pounds if every hook is loaded, which is the sum of the per-hook limits and not a stated total.
The HOOBRO listing contradicts itself: its specification table says each hook holds a maximum of 6.6 pounds, and a bullet says each hook holds 11 pounds. If you plan to hang a heavy coat or a loaded backpack, use the lower 6.6 pound figure, or ask the seller. A winter coat can weigh several pounds, which is a general expectation and not a number from these listings, and a loaded backpack can weigh more than that, so a single hook may be a limit.
Shoe storage
The VASAGLE listing has a bench with shelves under the seat for shoes. The HOOBRO listing is a 5-in-1 with a shoe rack, a flip-top storage bench, a drawer and a coat rack. The Amazon Basics listing says a lower shelf keeps footwear neatly organized.
None of the listings states how many pairs of shoes the shelves hold in the text we read. The units are 11.8 to 13.4 inches deep overall, so the shelves are shallower than that, and a large shoe or boot may stick out. Check the shelf dimensions or look at the photos.

The Amazon Basics unit is a steel frame with an oak finish and weighs 26 pounds. The VASAGLE is particleboard and steel. The HOOBRO is particleboard and metal with a PU padded seat and a non-woven fabric drawer and weighs 35.6 pounds. Steel frames are slim and strong, and particleboard shelves do not like standing water, so a place for wet boots needs a tray.
A lighter unit is easier to move and easier to tip. A hall tree is tall and narrow, so tipping is a risk, especially with children. None of the listings, in the text we read, mentions a wall anchor. If you have children, anchor tall furniture to the wall.
